GATEWAYS TO NEWARK is a public art and landscape beautification initiative, which aims to beautify each of the city’s entryways.
The {PORTRAITS} mural at McCarter Highway (Rt. 21) is the inaugural initiative of this historic transformation. It is now the longest mural in the East Coast, and estimated to be viewed by 1 million travelers per month.
